President of Serbia awards IPB with Sretenje Medal

The President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic has decorated the Institute of Physics Belgrade with the Sretenje Medal (third class), one of the country's highest awards. The Medal was awarded to IPB for fifty years of outstanding research contributions.

The Sretenje Medal is awarded for noted contributions to the Republic of Serbia and its citizens in science, education, culture, bussiness, as well as public and humanitarian activities.
